Refund policy

At KAYAN Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our perfumes and are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

Returns

We handle return requests on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have received the wrong, damaged, or defective perfume, we are here to assist.

Eligibility for Return

Perfumes must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with the original invoice.

Returns must be initiated within 3 business days of delivery.

Perfumes purchased on clearance or marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Fees

Wrong, damaged, or defective perfumes: You may return the product at no additional cost, and you will be compensated.

Voluntary returns (change of mind): Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be communicated upon approval.

Return Process

Contact us at info@kayanperfumes.ca with your order number and details of the return. For damaged or defective perfumes, kindly include photos.

Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions for shipping the item back.

We strive to handle returns promptly to ensure your request is resolved efficiently.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit card, electronic payment).

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned perfume.

Perfumes that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund.

 

Defective Products

Each perfume undergoes a strict quality control process. However, if you receive a defective item:

We will work with you to either replace the item or offer a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Perfumes sold on clearance or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before it is processed.

Orders that have not yet been processed can be canceled without fees.

If the order has already been processed, cancellation will be treated as a return (see Return Policy).

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

KAYAN Perfumes is not responsible for:

Wrong or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery issues related to PO boxes.

Damage or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Stolen packages after delivery.
