  • During peak periods (such as sales or promotions), processing may take 3–9 business days.

  • Within Canada: Standard shipping usually takes 3–9 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, KAYAN Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather conditions, carrier issues, or holidays).

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of perfumes (containing flammable liquids):

  • All shipments are sent via ground shipping only.
  • Express or air shipping services are not available.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

KAYAN Perfumes is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Delivery issues related to P.O. boxes.
  • Delays or damages caused by the carrier.
  • Stolen packages after successful delivery.
